No, this is because Express Checkout is enabled for subscription products, meaning that users will be automatically redirected to the checkout page before the pop-up has time to display.

Yes, the upsell pop-up will display instead of our Add To Cart Pop-Up. Once the upsell pop-up is open you and a user adds an item to their cart from the pop-up you can choose whether or not the Add To Cart Pop-Up displays.
